@kao1306 thanks! very zen of you btw. good to be reminded of this. too easy to make things complicated. our own intellects can carry a bit of baggage, too (seeking to understand this and that) and it doesn't necessarily bring you any closer to what is important-such as knowing our own mind/brain.
